What it is
During the pandemic, medical teams needed to understand what was happening week by week. YingLi gathered data from the national networks and turned it into clear indicators for the people who had to decide.
What it does
- Total, confirmed, discarded, active, recovered and deceased cases.
- Incidence, positivity, hospitalization, mortality and fatality.
- Case evolution over time.
- Pyramids of cases and deaths by sex and age.
What I did
- I worked in the middle of a health emergency so the people who had to decide could see the pandemic at a glance.
- I automated the cleaning and ordering of large national data sources, so indicators updated automatically.
- I designed and built the dashboard: cases, incidence, fatality and age-and-sex pyramids on a single screen.
- I provided a shared view of the data so health teams and follow-up agents could work together.
