What it is
HR teams receive resumes in any format, even scanned ones. Tabasco indexes them with OCR so any word can be searched.
What it does
- Indexes the full content of every resume, including text inside images.
- Fast keyword search with highlighted results.
- Filters to narrow down candidates.
What I did
- I made searchable the resumes nobody could search: PDFs and also scanned images, thanks to OCR.
- I designed the index and the search to find candidates by any word, with fast results.
- I designed and built the system around how HR teams actually work.
