Ojos que Cuidan

A channel for students, teachers and families to raise a concern, so the school can support them.

What it is

An institutional early-care channel for school communities. Anyone worried about someone can raise it, and the school’s guidance team receives it, assesses it and follows up within the school’s protocols.

What it does

  • The report can be anonymous and generates a PIN to follow it and get a reply.
  • Each institution has its own access and its own QR points.
  • The guidance team keeps a management record of each case.
  • Designed with minors in mind: it complements coexistence protocols, it does not replace them.

What I did

  • I designed the path for someone brave enough to speak up: simple, without exposure, and with a PIN to know someone listened.
  • I built the system that receives it on the other side: separate access per institution, a record of every case and QR points for each school.
  • I designed it for minors, with data protection as the starting point and a clear role: to support without replacing the school’s protocols.
  • I designed and developed the whole product, from the home page to the management panel.
