What it is
A container with everything needed to develop in PHP, so nothing has to be installed on the machine and the environment is the same anywhere.
What it does
- Apache and PHP 7.2, over http and https.
- The usual modules: gd, mbstring, mysql, soap, imagick and more.
- Bundled tools: Composer, FFmpeg, ImageMagick and a MySQL client.
What I did
- I packed a complete PHP development environment into one image, so it’s identical on any machine.
- I included the real working stack: Apache over http and https, PHP 7.2 with its usual modules and the everyday tools.
- I released it as open source on GitHub.
